Direct mail campaigns through LEAD Marketing are conducted twice annually, once in the spring and once in the fall. Donors receive a variety of fulfillment gifts based on the amount of their donation.

If you have made a donation at least eight weeks ago and have not received your fulfillment gifts, please contact LEAD Marketing at (888) 239-5323.

For telemarketing, the Virginia State Police Association contracts with Civic Development Group to make calls on our behalf. Every call is recorded. CDG does not make telephone calls for the Association on Sundays. If you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call List, please call us at 1-800-342-6059 and leave the telephone number on which you were contacted and tell us to put you on the VSPA DNC list.

There are numerous telemarketing companies soliciting funds on an ongoing basis that have similar sounding names to ours, but are in no way affiliated with the VSPA. If you have been contacted by a telemarketer for a non-profit charity for the Virginia State Police or other law enforcement agencies and wish to be placed on their Do Not Call List, you must have the exact name of the company that contacted you in order to be removed from their list. Tell the telemarketer to put you on their DNC list and, if this does not work, contact the Virginia Division of Consumer Affairs' Charitable Solicitations Division at (800) 552-9963 statewide and (804) 786-2042 in Richmond.
