 Sandra Shelton Winfree is the executive assistant at the Virginia State Police Association office in Richmond. She works directly under the executive director, overseeing the office and general association operations.
Sandra, a Richmond native, graduated from Manchester High School and attended Kee Business College in Richmond. In 1989, Sandra joined the Department of State Police in the Internal Audit Unit. She also worked in the Department's Communications Division, maintaining inventory. She then became a secretary senior at the VSP Academy before accepting her present position at VSPA in 1998.
Sandra resides in Chester with her husband, Mark. In their spare time, they enjoy family visits, fishing the Rappahannock River and traveling to the Outer Banks.
