Tim Confroy, a Trooper in Area 09, Fairfax for 15 years since graduating the Academy with the 92nd Basic Session. Tim is also a member of the 7th Div. Crash Team for the past 12 years. Born and raised in Halifax County and graduated from University of Richmond in 1994. Tim and his wife Laura have one daughter and a Bulldog. Tim and his family reside in Northern VA.
